2010 Louisiana Cajun Food Fest

Louisiana Cajun Food Fest is a fun filled event hosted by the Kaplan Area Chamber of Commerce. It is held the first weekend in October downtown Kaplan on Cushing Boulevard. Event activities include a Cajun Cook Off, Queen's Pageant, live entertainment, children's activities, food, and craft vendors. Through the proceeds of this event, the Chamber is able to accomplish many projects during the year.

9am: Registration: 15 - 23 yrs

10am: Interview: 15 - 23 yrs

11:30am: Registration: 0 to 14 yrs.

1pm: Pageant All Ages

1pm during pageant

7pm: Food and Craft Booth Setup

7am: Seafood Cook Off - Forms

10am: Opening Ceremonies
